It ıs important that we maintain the discipline to keep our guests in safe side away from virus cases. We adopt many barrıer gestures and good hygiene measures to stop the spread viruses. Actually, the risks at sea are much lower. However, we musn’t forget the risks of transmissions anytime even if we have wind, isolation and fresh air at open sea.

After booking with us and paying the 40% of full amount as deposit, you will be fully insured and we promise you to refund all amount you paid to us after reducing the V.A.T amount. In this case, It is enough to mail us the PCR test results which has to be done in 72 hours prior time of flight to Turkey.
Covered events in insurance; accident, illness of Covid-19, also other events such as death, dismissal, etc. It is important that each clients has to complete the list of beneficiaries within 7 days after booking the yacht cruise with us. So that all guests can benefit from these guarantees.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This cancellation insurance also covers border closures or travel restrictions of Turkey or country of residence of travelers. But it does not include flight tickets.
CANCELLATION
If the holiday cruise has to be cancelled due to Covid-19, an overwhelming majority of customers we refund the full amount after reducing the VAT tax amount we paid to government or offer a voucher to use in the future with same booking price of Blue Cruise tour.

SUMMER 2021 TRAVEL: CHARTERING IN TURKEY

The summer of 2021 is on our doorstep, stunning weather of our shores will call us to come out on the water. On the another hand all our crews, tour guides, staff have been vaccinated.

Therefore, we do our bests officially to minimize all fears about Covid-19, refund policy and other details. After starting to fill enquiry until ending your holiday and step into your home country, we are always with you to help and answer questions.
Our guests can do check in in the afternoon after 4pm and we have to do check outs until 10am in the mornings. Our staff has to have enough time to clean the boat and do hygienic rules.
We have Safety and Health certificate which is given by Tourism and Health Ministeries of Turkey. Therefore we are very sensitive in all restrictions, procedures, licenses for all procedures. After booking holiday with us, you are going to receive an agreement to save your rights as our guests.
UNDERGO TESTS BEFORE CHARTERING
We ask our guests if they are vaccinated and if they are not, we ask for PCR test in 72 hours prior than getting on boat. As we mentioned above, all our staff have already been vaccinated.

Transportation to the port
We welcome our guests at the airport and transfer to the port by ourselves with our private vehicles. Our vehicles are all cleaned well and all our staff are certified for these conditions. We bring you to our boat directly without meeting with anyone on the road.
- Groceries
Before your charter, we buy all groceries drinks, food to eat and dringk during the holiday for you and you pay the bill to us when you arrive. So no need to go shopping for you.
- Our staff has to use masks all time while they are with you.

Life on Board
You can be sure our all yachts are cleaned, disinfected (and finished with disinfectant spray) and kept doors open for more than 6 hours before welcoming new guests to to yacht. Dishes, forks, knives, spoons and glasses will be all cleaned and disinfected by crew too.
- Check in and Check out
We ask you to do check out before 10am in the morning. We have to have enough hours to clean and keep empty the yacht before welcoming new guests to our boat. So We welcome our guests to the boat after 4pm and cheack out before 10am in the morning.
We suggest that you check national government’s official travel advise which is changing day by day globally.
Even in countries or major cities, virus is actively spreading. But it is much lower in the case of holidays at sea, where are naturally away from major cities or even city town centers.
- Postponing of your yacht cruise free of charge.
- Reduction of the deposit fee to 18% which is VAT tax amount.
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before departure.
These terms are fully inline with the Tourism Agencies and bodies such as TURSAB.
The cost of travel has dropped in recent times. So, it may be good idea to book a holiday on these reduced rates.
